Flexible, Scaled Pricing
We are currently in Ramp-up, so pricing is still subject to change, but will be made available in a short period.
BPCM can be used by a wide variety of organizations – from those with a single system setup in a single country through global organizations with a rather complex system landscape configuration and complex needs. A simple pricing scale matches each organization´s usage with an annual usage fee.
Prospective Customers will be able to fill out or self-assessment questionnaire shortly (will be also available as offline pdf) to determine their position on our pricing matrix (see below) or first apply for non-obligatory, fully-functional test licenses for up to one SAP landscape, without charge, which will be able to be requested via our Service Portal.
Classification
Our pricing classification is based on three key aspects of your organization´s deployment:
- Usage – The complexity of your organization´s setup and the special solutions you might have in place (e.g. IS-Solutions or 3rd party systems like SuccessFactors).
- Scale – The size of your systems you are planning to use with BPCM.
- Software – Whether you choose to use only the Model usage to copy Business processes, or you choose to do refreshes and using the 3rd party engine (e.g. SuccessFactors) to copy data between the systems.

Pricing model
We offer a simple annual “subscription” model, which includes all system license keys, maintenance and upgrade rights, for a single annual fee.
Multiple years can be purchased upon customer request.
We provide a discounted fee for those customers performing ramp-up or new scenario project with us.
